Frequently Asked Questions
How do I store Brocolyte?
Best to keep Brocolyte refrigerated, as this will guarantee the longest shelf life.
- up to 6 months when refrigerated and unopened
- up to 6 weeks at room temperature
- once open, keep refrigerated and consume within 5-6 days
Who is Brocolyte for?
Brocolyte is designed for endurance athletes at all levels. The published research behind its key ingredients — beetroot nitrate and broccoli-sprout sulforaphane — suggests the effects are generally most noticeable in people who train regularly, and more modest in those who rarely or never exercise. Most of this research has been carried out in recreational to sub-elite endurance athletes.
Brocolyte is made from natural food ingredients, but if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or managing a health condition, please check with your doctor first — especially with NITRO, due to its concentrated beetroot nitrate.
What's the difference between BOOST and NITRO?
BOOST is your everyday shot. It's the broccoli-sprout foundation — sulforaphane, turmeric and ginger — made for consistency across your training week and the days in between.
NITRO is BOOST plus 600 mg of beetroot nitrate. It's the one for your hardest efforts and race day — the same base, with nitrate added for when it counts.
Can I take BOOST and NITRO together?
Yes, it's safe — but you rarely need to, because NITRO already includes the BOOST base plus nitrate. Most people use BOOST on everyday days and NITRO on hard/race days. The one time to use both: BOOST before bed and NITRO before a big session.
